These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Far North Co. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

All products are produced on demand via our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Product colours and sizing may vary slightly from images shown on the site. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to production and carrier delays. Far North Co. is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Far North Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission. Some designs are created in collaboration with Indigenous artists and are subject to additional cultural and IP protections.

7. Charitable Donations

Where a charitable donation option is selected at checkout, Far North Co. will direct the nominated amount to the selected Far North Queensland charity. Donation records are maintained for transparency.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Far North Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
